  4. Ship the item to us in original condition
  5. Item inspection will be done upon receipt

4. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide you with return shipping instructions at no cost to you. Upon verification of the defect:

  • Full refund or replacement will be offered
  • Return shipping will be covered by us
  • Expedited replacement shipping may be available

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or received in damaged condition. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely. Please ensure items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

6. Warranties

Refunds do not affect the manufacturer's warranty that comes with your product. If your item is still under manufacturer warranty, you may contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacement.
